HELLO AND WELCOME! SOYEZ LE BIENVENU!

This the place where you will find interesting pieces of French faience (Desvres, Quimper and others). We have now replaced the Forester & Harley Jones with a clocks page - a fresh interest for us. (See paragraph below.) We are very keen on Jaz clocks of all kinds and also similar clocks from other clock makers. We have for some time now devoted a page to Victorian prints. This has now been extended to two pages.
We will still have for sale at the fairs we stand at, our Derby porcelain, Brownfield jugs and other pieces plus some Doulton Lambeth items. We also sell coffee grinders, eye-catching brass items and some glassware (though not featured here).

The clocks page is now complete. There are a number of small Jaz clocks and other manufacturers are also featured. We have two clocks by Japy and one by Bayard. We currently have one marble and onyx Art Deco clock with garnitures.

We now have two pages, in addition to our links feature on the last page, dedicated to vintage Victorian prints and articles of especial interest. These could also be loosely described as Victorian paper ephemera and prints, examples of graphics art/advertisements, vintage paper prints and antique Victorian prints. They are all produced by various photoengraving processes, both black & white and colour. More details on the page itself.

Fairs

We now stand regularly at local fairs in the East Midlands where we live.
You can meet us at Jaguar Fairs, at the University of Derby and also at the Pavilion Gardens, Buxton. Our next fairs at Derby are the weekends of 15th & 16th January 2011 and again 26th & 27th February 2011 Our next fair is at the Prestwood Centre, Stafford Showground the weekend of 2nd & 3rd April 2011 and then again 21st & 22nd May. We are planning to be at The fair at The Pavilion Gradens in Buxton 5th & 6th March 2011. If you would like to visit us at a fair, please do get in touch beforehand so that we make sure we take the items you are interested in.

Payment and Shipping

Buyers pay all shipping costs. As far as possible that is only what will be charged. I will ship worldwide. I accept payment by PayPal and credit cards via PayPal, personal cheques (UK only please), money orders in sterling. I can also accept cheques in Euros drawn on a French bank.
